Returns

At GeeksUp.com.my, we strive to ensure your order arrives in good condition. However, if any defect during transit, you are most welcomed to return the defected item.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will exchange it with the size/color requested. If the item is not available in stock, we will compensate with store credit instead.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return by Mail/Drop-off

  • Log in to your account OR sign in as a guest by entering your order number.

  • Choose 'Order History & Details' tab.

  • Select the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them.

  • Click 'Make an RMA slip' button to submit.

  • Include the return detail slip for the items you are returning in the package. 

  • Send/Drop your labeled return shipment at: Hamaze Global. Suite 106, Lot UC-3A, MBE Avenue K KLCC, 156 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, MY.
